I have been getting a bill for years with no way to cancel it. This Visio Plan 2 was set up, and I get the invoice email and can see the payment from my account, but I can't find where to log in or which account it is attached to. The email that the bill is sent to does not show a Microsoft login. I've tried resetting the domain on the bill, but I still haven't had any luck. I have attached the billing information to this and hope we can resolve the issue. I have tried to call in, but wherever I go, I need the subscription login information to cancel service.

    Hi,

Could you please check whether you recognize or remember any Microsoft account or organization account associated with that domain name?

If you are able to identify the account, you may be able to use it to sign in and manage or cancel the Visio subscription.

If you do not recognize the domain or cannot identify any account associated with it, and you are unable to access the subscription despite trying to contact Microsoft Support, I recommend contacting your bank or card issuer regarding the recurring charge. You can ask them about disputing the charge and blocking future payments from this subscription.

Please do not share your full card or bank account details here.
