Default zoom level Outlook Reading Pane

How can I change the default zoom setting for the Outlook Reading Pane?

I've seen so many solutions online and here on learn.microsoft.com, but they all refer to the zoom level when you open the email, not the reading pane.

We use:

MS Outlook (Classic) from Office16 on Win10.

Outlook | Windows | Classic Outlook for Windows | For business

Maybe it works for you, but when i want to zoom in our out in the reading pane. I hold down ctrl and use my mouse wheel to zoom in our out. ctrl+mouse wheel works on almost everythng to zoom in or out.

Alternatively.

bottom-right corner of outlook click the current zoom percentage, adjust to whatever you want and tick remember my preference.
