Microsoft Authenticator isn’t available for Windows, so you can’t install it on your PC or in Edge. Just sign in to the JHU billing page on the desktop and approve the MFA on your phone’s Authenticator app — that’s the whole flow.

    Microsoft Authenticator won't install on a desktop PC; it's for use on either an Android or iOS (Apple) phone.

    You can install it using your phone's App Store or Google Play to select it.
