Artifact Signing organization identity validation failed after successful ID verification
I am attempting to onboard Bag Dragon Collectibles LLC, a U.S. single-member LLC, to Microsoft Artifact Signing.
I successfully completed the required identity verification process. The third-party verification service accepted my government-issued driver's license, and I successfully completed the facial verification.
After returning to Azure, the Artifact Signing identity validation initially showed "Action Required" and subsequently changed to "Failed." The Azure portal does not provide a reason for the failure, and the notification email only states that the identity validation status was updated to Validation Fail.
I attempted to use Azure Support for Artifact Signing > Identity Validation > Organization > Validation Failed, but the portal requires upgrading from the Basic support plan to a paid technical support plan.
Could a Microsoft Artifact Signing representative please advise what caused the organization validation to fail, or provide a way to have the failed validation reviewed?
I can privately provide the Identity Validation ID, D-U-N-S information, LLC documentation, and other business-verification information if required.
I do not want to submit another identity validation request without knowing what caused the first one to fail.
