I duplicated a question in Msforms and I accidentally deleted the original question and all of the responses were deleted as well. Is there a way to retrieve back the deleted responses?

Deleting a question in Microsoft Forms permanently deletes that question, all of its translated versions, and the response data collected for that question.

If the form was created in Excel for the web or in OneDrive for work or school, and the form and Excel workbook data are in sync, previously collected response data for that deleted question can remain in the workbook. In that case:

    1. Open the form.
    2. Go to View responses.
    3. Open the linked Excel workbook and check whether the deleted question’s response data is still present there.

If the responses are not in the workbook, Microsoft Forms does not provide a supported way to recover deleted answers for a deleted question.

Sadly, there is no working method provided to restore the deleted question or responses to that question, there is also no working method to import the responses you have downloaded in Excel to the current form.
