    Hi,

If your TAFE NSW account is supposed to have around 1tb of OneDrive storage but OneDrive currently shows a 50gb quota, the issue is likely related to the license or storage quota assigned to your school account.

Since this is a TAFE NSW-managed Microsoft 365 account, the OneDrive storage limit is controlled by the organization's Microsoft 365 administrator. You would need to contact TAFE NSW IT support and ask them to check:

    • Whether your account has the expected Microsoft 365 Education license assigned.
    • The OneDrive storage quota configured for your account.
    • Whether your account has been provisioned correctly for the expected OneDrive storage.

Also, if OneDrive is already over its storage limit, you may be unable to upload or modify files. The administrator may need to correct the quota before you can fully manage your files.

For reference, Microsoft documents how OneDrive storage limits are managed here:

If TAFE NSW confirms that your account should have 1 TB but OneDrive still shows only 50 GB, they should be able to investigate the license and quota assigned to your account.
