    Hi Cydney,

Thank you for sharing the details of your situation.

Before we go any further, I’d like to gently clarify that this is a user-to-user support forum, and I’m not part of the Microsoft billing team, so I don’t have the ability to directly cancel subscriptions or intervene in billing matters. That said, I truly hope I can help review your situation, offer some guidance, and support you in finding the right next steps as best as possible.

Based on what you shared, the ID doesn't seem like an invoice but more likely a Microsoft card/bank statement descriptor. This unrecognized charge may be connected to a Microsoft purchase or recurring subscription, such as Microsoft 365, Xbox, OneDrive, Microsoft Store, or another Microsoft service. If the card was used under another Microsoft account, only Microsoft Billing Support would be able to investigate this securely.

That said, I suggest reaching out to Microsoft Billing Support directly, as they specialize in billing and payment-related concerns. They can help review unknown or unauthorized charges, identify the related Microsoft service or subscription, assist with cancellation if applicable, and also check refund eligibility to initiate a refund if needed.

To proceed, please follow the steps below:

(If you're not an admin, kindly refer to this article How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support to contact your organization's administrator to submit a request on your behalf.)

    • On right bottom corner, click on "Help & support"
    • Turn off the "Support Assistant" feature.
    • Use the keyword "Support" to quickly bypass automated suggestions > Select Contact Support.
    • In the ticket description, please clearly describe the issue and share your preferred contact times may help the support team handle the case more efficiently.

When contacting them, please prepare the following details:

    • Charge amount: $437
    • Billing description
    • Transaction date
    • Last four digits of the card used
    • Any Microsoft account email addresses that may be related

For your security, please do not share your full credit card number, password, or any sensitive account information in this public forum.

For detailed guidance on how to open a support ticket with Microsoft Support, please refer to: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

I hope this helps move the case forward. Should you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please feel free to share them in the comment below. I'm very happy to help.

Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

Unfortunately, I have had to pass this onto someone in finance who owns admin. Unfortunately this is a very frustrating process. There should be a much easier way to cancel subscription products.
