Hi Cydney,
Thank you for sharing the details of your situation.
Before we go any further, I’d like to gently clarify that this is a user-to-user support forum, and I’m not part of the Microsoft billing team, so I don’t have the ability to directly cancel subscriptions or intervene in billing matters. That said, I truly hope I can help review your situation, offer some guidance, and support you in finding the right next steps as best as possible.
Based on what you shared, the ID doesn't seem like an invoice but more likely a Microsoft card/bank statement descriptor. This unrecognized charge may be connected to a Microsoft purchase or recurring subscription, such as Microsoft 365, Xbox, OneDrive, Microsoft Store, or another Microsoft service. If the card was used under another Microsoft account, only Microsoft Billing Support would be able to investigate this securely.
That said, I suggest reaching out to Microsoft Billing Support directly, as they specialize in billing and payment-related concerns. They can help review unknown or unauthorized charges, identify the related Microsoft service or subscription, assist with cancellation if applicable, and also check refund eligibility to initiate a refund if needed.
