Printing Duplicate Contact On Outlook

Regarding your concern, this issue does happen occasionally because duplicate contacts can exist if contacts were imported or synced from sources like iCloud/Gmail in classic Outlook, even though the visible People list appears to show only one contact.

To narrow down the situation, you can try the following steps:

1/ Print from the actual Contacts folder

• Open Outlook classic > click People (or press Ctrl + 3)
• In the left pane, select the specific folder under My Contacts, for example, Contacts, and avoid printing from All Contacts, Address Book, or search results.
• Go to File > Print > choose Card Style > check the preview again

2/ Reset the People view

• Go to People and select the affected Contacts folder.
• Go to View > Reset View > if prompted, confirm to perform a reset.
• After finished, try again with File > Print > Card Style.
