Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi Matthew,
Based on my experience, if you have successfully created a Microsoft support ticket, may I ask whether you have received an email from a Microsoft Support engineer? If you have received an introductory email from the assigned support engineer, please reply to that email and provide any valid information that can help verify your ownership of the tenant.
Examples of supporting information include:
- Tenant ID
- Email address(es) of the Global Administrator (GA) account(s)
- Invoice ID or proof of purchase
- DNS ownership verification (for example, confirmation that you own and manage the custom domain associated with the tenant)
- Any other relevant subscription, billing, or account ownership information
Providing this information will help the support engineer and the Data Protection Team (DPT) validate your ownership more efficiently and may expedite the review and account recovery process. Please ensure that all information provided is accurate and directly related to the affected tenant.
For this situation, please actively engage with the support agent, as this is a user-to-user forum, and I don't have access to your environment or Microsoft's backend systems. Issues such as account recovery can only be addressed by Microsoft's dedicated Data Protection Team.
Thank you for your understanding, and I hope your issue gets resolved soon.
