For OneDrive personal support, use Microsoft Support contact options rather than a direct consumer phone line.

    1. Go to Contact Microsoft customer support.
    2. Select Get Help on the web.
    3. Describe the issue and use Contact Support to reach the available support option.
    4. If sign-in is part of the problem, use Start sign-in helper on the same page.

For OneDrive file access issues, try these checks first:

    1. If the error says you do not have access permissions to the item:
      • Open File Explorer and browse to the file.
      • Right-click the file and select Properties.
      • Open the Security tab.
      • Select Edit.
      • Review each listed user or group and ensure Full control is allowed.
      • Select Apply and OK.
      • Restart the computer.
    2. If Windows shows Can't open file, make sure OneDrive is running.
    3. If OneDrive says it cannot connect to Windows, review the recent fixes and Files On-Demand guidance from the OneDrive support article.

If live support is needed and the available option is chat or callback instead of a phone conversation, use the support flow above because the support method depends on the product and account type.
