Hi Dominika,

I sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding caused by my instructions.

You don't have to find the exact words as Microsoft 365/Office Apps. The Office packages are different between users, so you need to choose the Office package, not the exact name as Microsoft 365/Office Apps.

For example, I'm using Office 2019 on Windows 10, so I will search Microsoft > select the Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019 > Modify > Repair

    Hi Dominika,

For your concern, this is a common error message that usually indicates a problem with your Office installation. The recommended step to resolve the issue is to run an Office repair:

    • Close all Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
    • Open Settings (or press Windows + I) > go to Apps > Installed apps.
    • Find Microsoft 365/Office Apps in the list > select the three dots (…) next to it and choose Edit.
    • If prompted by User Account Control, select Yes.
    • Run Quick Repair first. If the problem persists, run Online Repair later.

Note: if you're using Windows 10, there is no three dots option. In Windows 10, go to Settings > select Apps and Features > select the Office product and then select Modify.

You can give it a try and let me know if it works. If you need any further assistance, please feel free to reach out again in the comments of this post. I'm happy to assist you further.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. Hope to hear from you soon.
