URGENT BILLING DISCREPANCY

My Azure subscription unexpectedly changed to an Enterprise billing arrangement. I did not authorize or intentionally make this change.

I also have two paid invoices:

• G175922198 — $245.19
• G169546685 — $294.25

The Azure portal says these invoices are not eligible for an expedited refund and instructs me to contact support.

Please investigate the unexpected Enterprise subscription/billing change, determine when/how it occurred, verify whether it was authorized, review these invoices, and advise whether a refund or billing credit can be issued.

This is urgent because I am concerned about additional billing.
