I cannot save or update my Excel files after I renewed my Microsoft 365 membership. I have a MacBook Pro Apple laptop. What happened?

    This is a widely reported problem with the Office apps on an Apple Mac at the moment, it may be caused by the July update

    If you have a valid Microsoft 365 subscription, at the top left of your Desktop, click the Apple icon and select 'About this Mac', what version of MacOS is installed on your computer?
