How do I pay the remaining Microsoft Azure bill?

I made a mistake when entering the payment amount which caused there to be some unpaid balance. I’ve tried to make the payment again, but it seems the remaining balance is less than the minimum transaction amount allowed by my debit card. How can I sort out this problem?

Thank you.

If the unpaid remainder is below the minimum partial-payment amount, the self-serve partial payment flow will not complete because each partial payment must be greater than the country/region minimum.

Use one of these supported paths:

  1. Pay the full remaining invoice amount in the Azure portal if the amount is accepted.
    • Sign in to the Azure portal.
    • Go to Cost Management + Billing > Invoices.
    • Select Pay now or Settle balance if shown.
    • Choose Select payment method and complete the payment.
  2. If the payment method is being declined or the amount cannot be processed:
    • Verify the debit card is supported for Azure billing.
    • Debit card limits apply: Hong Kong SAR and Brazil support only credit cards; India supports Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards; virtual cards and prepaid cards are not accepted.
    • Check with the bank that:
      • international transactions are enabled
      • recurring payments are allowed
      • the card is not blocked by credit or transaction limits
  3. If the remaining balance is still blocked by the minimum amount rule, use billing support.
    • Billing support can be used to resolve Azure billing issues.
    • In Azure portal, start a support request from https://portal.azure.com/#create/Microsoft.Support, choose Billing, select the subscription, then create the support request.

Important:

  • For Azure global pay-as-you-go partial payments, each submitted partial payment must be above the minimum value for the country/region.
  • To avoid service interruption, the full invoice amount should be paid by the due date.
  • If multiple subscriptions use the same failed payment method and are all past due, the entire outstanding balance must be paid at once.
