How do I complete my Microsoft account recovery form?

I'm uncertain about the completion of the "When did you last change your password?" box in my recovery form. Today when I was trying to connect to my lost Microsoft account, I managed to change my account password but couldn't connect. So I don't know if I should complete with today's date or leave the box blank as this was the first time changing my password.User's image

Hey there! Nice to meet you!

You should still include the recent password change you made, as the ACSR system will confirm this.

You will need to provide as much information as possible from the beginning of the process, as this will increase the likelihood of being verified by the automated system.

Remember to use a familiar device from which you've frequently accessed your Microsoft account, as well as a familiar location.

You may check these guidance notes on how to fill out the form through this link: https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/guidance-notes-for-the-microsoft-account-recovery-form-4dd8fef1-33d2-4fbe-9352-66127ab9b50e

Please let me know if you need anything else.

Best regards,

Darhyl
