I’m having an issue with the authentication app. Whenever I try to log in to a platform that requires authentication through the app, no number appears for me to enter, so I’m unable to complete the verification.
Also, directly in the app, when I try to reconnect all of my email accounts, I’m never able to complete the process. The two-digit numbers appear on the screen, but I never receive a notification or an option where I can enter the numbers to approve the sign-in.
Could you please help me resolve this issue?
