Unable to login to Xbox account

Hi,

I am trying to sign in to my Xbox account on a new console but it keeps asking me to verify who i am. I have followed all the Ai prompts and nothing works, I have tried the form but i am having issues with the form not working after i provide all the details i can about it.

I can give the Xbox gamertag, email, password that is associated with that account and provide Photo ID.

I need to speak to a human about this as i have been locked out of my Xbox account for the past month due to this and it is getting annoying that i cannot speak to a human about this issue.

I have tried doing the code to the phone number as well but i no longer have access to that phone number anymore.

I am stuck and not sure what else to try and its really poor customer service that you cannot get hold of a human to help resolve the issue.

Any other company will let you call them and they will help with whatever issue you are having with there products but you cant do that with Microsoft.

If an agent (Human) could contact me and help me then that would be great as the Ai help is just shockingly poor when it comes to more complicated problems.
