am trying to complete Public Organization Identity Validation for Azure Artifact Signing.

The validation reached “Action Required” and I received the email from Microsoft Vetting Services asking me to verify my email address.

When I click “Verify email address”, the verification fails.

I tested:

  • Chrome
  • Microsoft Edge InPrivate
  • logged into the same Microsoft/Entra account used for Artifact Signing

The first endpoint returned: “The client does not have access rights to the content.”

The redirect to: 3pc.microsoft.com/vetting/email_accept

returns: “The request is blocked.”

The verification email was received today and is not expired.

The Artifact Signing Identity Verifier role is correctly assigned to my account.

Organization country: Germany

Error reference: 20260809T131700Z-169b8894b48bkk9fhC1MEXkqq0000000bu000000000593u

Please escalate this to the Artifact Signing / Identity Validation team or advise whether this is a current service-side issue.

I do not want to delete or recreate the current identity validation unless specifically instructed to do so.
