Dear Microsoft support

So sorry to bother you

Let me explain what happened

1 I received a code for Minecraft Java on pc

2 I created an account and made my Microsoft email ******@outlook.com

3 Since I was creating that account on a Mac it invented a random password for me

4 The problem is it didn’t save it

5 When I opened Minecraft.net again it logged me out

6 I tried to renew the password but it said there was to little info about me

7 Since that account is about 2 days old I didn’t make any purchases on it (just redeemed a code)

So now I was wandering what I can do to get that account back

Thank you for your time reading this

Take care

Because the account is only a few days old and has very little activity, the recovery form may fail if there is not enough account history to verify ownership.

    Use this path:

    1. Try the Sign-in Helper first. It is the recommended first step before submitting the recovery form again.
    2. If the password is unknown and there is no access to the verification options, submit the account recovery form again.
    3. Complete the recovery form from a device previously used to sign in to that account and from a location commonly used for that device, such as home. This improves the chance of successful verification.
    4. Provide a working email address in the recovery form so Microsoft can respond about the request.
    5. Microsoft reviews the answers and typically responds within 24 hours.

    Important limits:

    • If two-step verification was turned on and there is no access to any alternate verification method, support agents cannot reset the password or change account details.
    • If the account shows verification methods that are not accessible, select I don't have any of these during sign-in and follow the prompts to replace security info.
    • If all security info is replaced, there is a 30-day wait before sign-in is allowed.
    • If the username or account is not recognized, use the Sign-in Helper.

If the recovery form says there is not enough information, the supported next step is to try again with more accurate details and use the same familiar device/location.
