I have discovered that although my account ( not the one used to make this question ) is compromised i am still signed in on the Microsoft store. I am able to provide quite a bit of information regarding my Minecraft account connected to the email as well as proof that despite not having access to my windows email i still am logged into the gmail account that it was created with. If someone has any advice as to how this information could be used to get my Minecraft account back I would be very appreciative thank you User's image

Account recovery is an online automated process, even if you are able to contact Microsoft Support, they cannot recover your account, they can only refer you to the account recovery form.

This forum is just a user to user account and no-one here has any account access, I wish I had better news,, when a Microsoft account is hacked, if the hackers change the associated data like the Email, then that account is usually no longer recoverable, try using the process they provide on this link to recover a hacked account, if this process is not successful, sadly, that account cannot be recovered.

I had 2-step verification as well as the 25 digits recovery code, I didn’t get a single email about the 2 factor verification email or my password being changed Microsoft failed to use the primary email to inform me of anything what more could I have done ?

There is nothing further you could have done to protect your account, but I am sorry to say, if the Email was changed or if 2FA was enabled on the account, that account will not be recoverable, the account recovery process really needs to be improved because many people have lost their accounts due to hacking.

Thank you for the help so far, although it is very unfortunate. Do you know if there is any type of way to have my Minecraft account removed from the current associated compromised email address?

Sadly, Mojang indicate if the Microsoft account associated to the Minecart account is compromised, the Minecraft account cannot be recovered or moved to another Microsoft account.

If access still exists in Microsoft Store, use that remaining signed-in session immediately to secure the Microsoft account.

Go to the Microsoft account Security basics page and select Review activity to check recent sign-in attempts. If suspicious activity appears, select This wasn't me or Secure your account for those entries.
On the same security area, select Change password and set a new strong password.
Select Manage how I sign in and review sign-in methods and security info.
Select Sign out everywhere to invalidate other active sessions. This is important because changing the password alone might not remove all existing access.
Turn on Two-step verification for added protection.
Review connected account settings that attackers commonly change, especially forwarding, automatic replies, and connected accounts.
If sign-in is no longer possible in the browser, use the Microsoft account recovery flow. The sign-in helper can guide to self-help steps or an agent option.
