Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi Charmaine
Hope you're doing well.
The "UNLICENSED” status usually means that the Microsoft 365 Business license has not yet been assigned to the user account. This does not normally mean the domain itself is unlicensed.
Please try the following steps:
- Sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center
- Go to Billing > Your products and confirm that your Microsoft 365 Business license is active.
- Go to Users > Active users.
- Select the user that shows Unlicensed.
- Go to Licenses and apps, assign the available Microsoft 365 Business license, then save the changes.
Regarding the domain, the onmicrosoft.com address is the default Microsoft 365 tenant domain. Your Wix domain needs to be added and verified separately in Microsoft 365 under Settings > Domains. Microsoft provides instructions here: Add a custom domain to Microsoft 365
If you would like help from a live Microsoft support agent, please sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, click Help & support, describe the issue, and choose Contact Support if available. Microsoft’s support instructions are here: Get support for Microsoft 365 for business
If the license was purchased through a reseller or partner, you may need to contact that partner directly for support.
I hope this information is useful.
Thank you again for your time and for raising this important usability concern. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
I look forward to your thoughts on this.
