Using Outlook for iOS for personal email and calendar management
For Outlook on iPhone, the supported recovery path is to check whether the deleted calendar item or conversation can be restored from Deleted.
- In Outlook for iOS, open the Deleted folder.
- If the spam item is an ignored conversation, open it, select ..., then select Restore Conversation.
- If the missing calendar data is not in Deleted, use Outlook on the web or a desktop Outlook client to check Deleted Items and then Recover items deleted from this folder.
- In Outlook on the web, recovered calendar items go back to the Calendar when possible.
- Recovery from Recoverable Items is not available from a mobile browser or the Outlook mobile apps; a PC or Mac is required.
Since folders and Deleted Items were already checked on iPhone, the next supported step is to sign in from a computer and use Deleted Items > Recover items deleted from this folder. If the calendar still does not appear, recovery may no longer be available in self-service.
