How can I get Artifact Signing working

I have tried to register for Artifact Signing, it let me register my organisation and then I had to do an identity check, but has stuck on In Progress ever since, over a week. Also tried to register as an individual and it would not let me, saying the country GB is not recognised, which is strange as my profile shows United Kingdom, which is permitted but it comes up as GB instead of United Kingdom when I try to register.

Tried to contact support but they could not help and said I should post here.

Regarding the organization registration, I understand that the identity verification was completed successfully and the validation request has remained in**"In Progress"** status for over a week.

According to the Artifact Signing documentation, identity validation processing can take between 1 and 20 business days, and in some cases longer if additional review or documentation is required. During this period, the status may remain as**"In Progress"** until the validation review is completed.

Regarding the individual registration attempt, I understand that the registration workflow is displaying the country value as**"GB"** and returning an error indicating that the country is not recognized, despite your profile showing United Kingdom. This behavior does not appear to be documented and may indicate an issue within the registration or validation process.

To investigate further, could you please provide the details which I have shared in the private message
