Micorsoft Account does not show new purchase

Try these checks in order:

1. Sign in to Services & subscriptions at https://account.microsoft.com/services with the Microsoft account used when the new Microsoft 365 Family purchase was redeemed.
2. If the new subscription is not listed, check whether the purchase was completed but the redemption step was missed. A purchase and an install do not always attach the subscription to the account until redemption is finished.
3. If the product came from a retail or online store and included a product key, redeem that key with the correct Microsoft account.
4. If the subscription came with a new Windows device, sign in during activation with the Microsoft account that should own the subscription. On these devices, the product is added to that Microsoft account during activation.
5. If there is already an existing Microsoft 365 subscription on the same account, adding another Microsoft 365 Family subscription extends the current subscription time. It does not create a separate subscription entry. The remaining time is added, up to the 5-year maximum.
6. If the purchase was made under a different Microsoft account, the subscription will appear only under that account.
7. If the subscription is active but the install button or account association still is not correct, contact Microsoft Support.

If someone else installed or redeemed Microsoft 365 and their account became associated with the product instead of the intended account, contact support and have proof of purchase available.
