Hello @Eric Vogt

While identity validation is typically completed within a few business days, it can occasionally take longer depending on the verification volume or if additional manual review is required. Since your validation has been in progress for over a week, I'd recommend checking the following:

  • Verify that the identity verification request is still in the In Progress state and that no additional action or documentation has been requested.
  • Check the email address associated with your Trusted Signing or Azure account (including your spam/junk folder) for any requests from Microsoft.
  • If the status has not changed after several business days and no further action is requested, open an Azure Support request so the Trusted Signing team can investigate the verification status.

If possible, could you also let us know:

  • Is this for a new Trusted Signing account, or are you adding a new identity to an existing account?
  • Is the status shown in the Azure portal still "In Progress", or do you see any additional details or error messages?

That information will help narrow down whether this is a normal processing delay or something that requires intervention.
