I upgraded from 365 Home to 365 Premium but I have been unable to install. I need to have a Product Key but I don't have one? How to obtain a Product Key?

Thank you

Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services and check your current subscription. If it's Premium, great. If it's not, where did you purchase 365 Premium? On Microsoft store?

If you upgraded your Microsoft 365 subscription to premium, you do not get a product key, it is a digital licence.

Open Word, then go to File - Account.

Click the 'Switch Licence' button are you able to switch to the new Premium subscription from there.

If that does not resolve the problem, open Word, then log out of Office at the top right, restart your PC and log back into Office, your new subscription should then be recognised automatically.
