How do I see who has registered to attend a webinar I have organised? I know people have registered but I cant see them in the attendees list

In Teams webinars, the attendee list and the registration list are handled separately. A person who registers for a webinar does not appear in the attendee list until they actually join the event. Registration details are typically available through the webinar management and reporting areas instead. This behavior can also vary depending on whether you are the organizer or a co-organizer.

To see who has registered for a Teams webinar before it starts:

Open Teams.
Go to Calendar.
Open the webinar that was organized.
Select Manage event.
Go to Registration > Attendee status.

That view shows registration status details, including people who registered.

If the goal is to see an individual person’s registration form answers:

Go to Registration > Configuration.
Select the dropdown arrow next to Pending approval.
Select view in that attendee’s row.

If the webinar has already ended, registration details can also be viewed from Manage event > Reports.

If no names appear in the attendee list, make sure the webinar entry is being opened from the Teams calendar and the Registration area is being checked rather than the post-event attendance list.
