I am locked out of my hotmail/email and my One Drive is out of storage. It will not allow emails to come in or out because it says I am out of storage. I have purchased additional storage twice now and it hasn't activated for over two weeks. I need to talk to a real person about this. In the live chat, the AI bot confirmed that I should have more storage, but it did nothing to resolve the issue. I need live support with a real person ASAP.

Since it has been over two weeks and you were charged twice, do not purchase it again.
What additional storage did you purchase, and was it purchased directly from Microsoft, Apple, Google Play, or another retailer?
