I renewed my subscription to Office 365, downloaded it, but the programs still showed unlicensed. I turned off the computer and restarted but to no avail. I have windows 10.

1

Open Word.

At the top right of Word, log out of Office.

Restart (not shut down) your PC, then log back into Office, is your subscription then recognized correctly.

2

If not, open Word.

Go to File - Account.

Click the 'Switch Licence' button.

In the resulting list, are you able to enable your Microsoft 365 subscription.

3

If not, log into your Microsoft account on this link, check the expiry date listed on your subscription, is that listed correctly.

https://account.microsoft.com/services/

If not, go to the Billing section, is it indicated your payment has been processed correctly.
