Lost access to Microsoft Authenticator and locked out of email account for Discord

Hello,

I'm looking for advice because I'm completely locked out of my Discord account.

I no longer have access to Microsoft Authenticator, so I can't generate the 2FA codes for Discord. I also no longer have access to the Gmail account that was linked to my Discord account, so I can't use email recovery either.

I've tried recovering the Gmail account through Google, but it says it can't verify that I'm the owner of my alt account when I press forgot password. Because of that, I'm unable to access my discord email account at all as I have been wantin to change it back to my original. I dont know if its deleted or what but ive bene struggling to get it back

Is there any other way to recover my Microsoft/google email. Authenticator data or restore my authenticator codes? If not, are there any other recovery options available?
