Remove Bitlocker

I moved two hard drives to my new desktop (with Windows 11 Home) that are locked by BitLocker. I no longer have my old computer. I do have the bitlocker key to unlock them but I need to frequently enter the key to unlock each drive. How can I permanently remove the BitLocker lock on both drives? I tried the manage -bde -off E: command but it is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

You have an extra space in the command between manage and bde. It should read manage-bde -off E:
