My account was hacked and locked

1 year ago my account was hacked and locked. In the attack, the hacker changed email and disabled 2FA which made it so that it is "permanently" locked. I am hoping to see if there is a way to prove that it is my account so that it can be unlocked. I tried to contact microsoft support but i had no help there.
