The 365 purchased will not activate- 3 days running.

I purchased the 365 program and am unable to activate it. I was told by Microsoft customer service that the error code 0/00 was indicative a a system wide matter that is being fixed by your company. Two days later I am still unable to activate the program on my IOS. At this point, I am cancelling the purchase through PAYPAL and will request a refund. I have consistently tried to contact customer service with no assistance or help. Shameful - not what one expects from a company with your reputation.

I am copying Paypal for a refund now.
