Hello,

I have been a member of Microsoft 365's Family Plan since a couple of years, but this year my OneDrive has been having presumably 'syncing' issues - it shows the storage space as 5GB instead of 1TB, on the desktop app as well as on the website. Could someone pls help me resolve this issue?

Thanks.

so i contacted the support, and during the chat i was advised by the support agent to delete any 100mb of personal data from onedrive and refresh the page. i deleted 6gb worth of redundant data and refreshed the page, and the total capacity is now being shown as 1TB finally!

thanks @SD - IA for your assistance!

    Hi,

I will help you with this issue. I will walk through a few steps with you. Some of these are just to help figure out what is wrong, not to fix it right away. So if nothing changes after a step, that is normal. I will keep going until we solve it.

Please click this link: https://account.microsoft.com/services. Do you see an active subscription here?

Also worth checking: https://family.microsoft.com/ to ensure that you are a part of a family group.

Once you confirm the details, I will work with you on the Multiple account aspect.

I look forward to hearing from you to get the results of the troubleshooting.
