Hello Trish Davies

I understand how frustrating this must be, especially after spending several days trying to resolve it.

Based on your description, it appears you are using Outlook.com on the web and can still access older emails, but no new messages have arrived since July 22. Since you recently changed your password, one possible cause is that a mail rule, forwarding setting, or account synchronization issue is affecting new incoming messages.

To help narrow this down, could you let me know:

  • Are you using an Outlook.com/Hotmail/Live account, or another email provider (such as Gmail) connected to Outlook?
  • If you send a test email to yourself from a different account, does it arrive?

In the meantime, please sign in to Outlook.com and review:

  1. Settings > Mail > Rules and see if there are any rules moving or deleting incoming mail.
  2. Settings > Mail > Forwarding and confirm that forwarding is disabled unless you intentionally enabled it.
  3. Check your Junk Email and Deleted Items folders for any recent messages.

I look forward to your update so we can continue further.
