Identity validation failed for Artifact Signing

We are attempting to complete organization identity validation for Artifact Signing and are consistently receiving the following error during the AU10TIX Verified ID step: "Sorry, you do not meet requirements to create a Verified ID at this time."

If you are trying to create an identity validation request for an organisation, you need to make sure you have the following:

1. Organisation name,
2. Website URL,
3. Business Identifier,
4. Address,
5. Primary Email address,
6. Secondary Email address,

Please make sure the information you are entering on the validation request is accurate and matches government public records that hold your companies information. If it doesn't match, then the request will be rejected.

We've already created the identity validation request with all of the required organization information (organization name, website, business identifier, address, and contact emails) and verified that it matches our company's public records.

We also confirmed that the first and last name on the identity validation request exactly match the government-issued ID of the person completing the AU10TIX verification, but we're still receiving the same error.

We also confirmed that the first and last name on the identity validation request exactly match the government-issued ID of the person completing the AU10TIX verification, but we're still receiving the same error.

I am assuming this also includes if the person has any middle names, or suffixes in their name that this is also matching. If this is the case, please can you try the verification on a different device, such as a mobile phone or tablet. It could be that the device has a better camera quality, or just how the device behaves with the site.

You may want to try a different government issued ID (if you have one), to see if that has any effect. Maybe you can use a passport, instead of a driving licence.

As this is causing you to loose business by not allowing you to publish your app, please can you reach out to Azure support using the help and support blade here: https://portal.azure.com/#blade/Microsoft_Azure_Support/HelpAndSupportBlade

When creating a support request, please enter "Unable to complete age verification for account on artifact signin"

Then select Artifact signing from the list of options

Then click next. You will be asked to select the subscription connected with the artifact signing, then the resource you are having trouble with. Once you have selected these, you will be asked about the issue you are facing. Please choose one.

Once this has been completed, the portal will display helpful resources, if they ae available. Please scroll down to the bottom where it says need more help. Please click onto the contact support tab

Then click onto create a support request

The support team will be able to see exactly why it is failing and what you need to do to resolve it. All I can do in the community is provide suggestions based on my experience and what I have seen, or interpret from official documentation published by Microsoft.
