Someone is using my company to create an outlook email and fraudulently trying to cheat transporters

A person registered an Outlook email and used our registered company name exactly as it is registered with the Secretary of State of Georgia. This individual or individuals are trying to get business with the registered Outlook email

This is terrible. I am sorry it happened to you.

I would suggest that you go to https://msrc.microsoft.com/report/ scroll down, and use the Outlook Spam to report impersonation.

Because this appears to involve impersonation and possible fraud, I also recommend reporting the matter to your local law enforcement agency. They may be able to investigate further, particularly if there is evidence of financial fraud, identity theft, or other criminal activity.
