I have a windows 11 PC that works perfectly fine. the issue is that when I power it on, it goes to the time screen and stuff, but when I scroll down to enter the password the whole screen is just.. blank? and then after a few seconds it goes away and goes back to the time. I powered it on and off again and went into WindowsRE and the same thing still happened. I tried to view startup settings and went to access the bitlocker code and when I logged onto my account to view the code on my phone, the entire page just closed after I signed in. What's going on?

Hi Gracie

I'm glad to hear the issue resolved itself and that you're able to sign in and use Windows normally again.

Since the system eventually started working after several hours without any specific repair steps, it's difficult to determine the exact cause. It may have been a temporary startup, profile, or Windows component loading.

As a precaution, it would still be a good idea to run SFC and DISM integrity checks and make sure Windows is fully updated. If the problem returns, please start a new thread with any error messages or Event Viewer logs so the community can investigate further.

Thanks for providing the update, and I'm glad your PC is working again.
