    Hi @Vitor Paranhos Pereira,

To better understand the behavior, could you let me know what happens immediately after Microsoft Authenticator approves the sign-in request? For example, does OneNote remain on a blank screen, return you to the sign-in page, freeze or close unexpectedly, or display any error message or error code?

Could you also confirm whether you're experiencing this issue on an iPhone, an iPad, or both? Are you able to sign in and use OneNote normally on a PC with the same account?

In addition, are you able to sign in successfully to other Microsoft 365 apps on the same device, such as Outlook, Word, or Teams, using the same account?

In the meantime, I would recommend trying a few basic troubleshooting steps:

    • Completely close OneNote and restart the device, then try signing in again.
    • Make sure OneNote, Microsoft Authenticator, and iOS/iPadOS are fully up to date.
    • Remove and reinstall the OneNote app from the App Store.
    • Temporarily switch networks by testing on mobile data instead of Wi‑Fi, or vice versa, to rule out any connectivity-related issues.

If you have any updates or additional findings, please leave a comment under this post. That's the best way for me to receive a notification and continue following up with you.

Looking forward to your response, and I'd be happy to assist further.
