If you have a perpetual license for Microsoft Access, visit the Microsoft 365 Apps page and click Install apps in the top right corner of the page.
If you're already signed in with the Microsoft account associated with your license, you'll see the option to install Microsoft 365 apps as shown in the screenshot. * Even though it says 'Microsoft 365', this installer will install the Microsoft Access app on your device.
Once the download is complete, run the Office setup file and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
