We have absolutely no need for this plan and do not know why we were charged for it. We only need one account with very limited benefits. We need to be refunded the $129.99

Does the $129.99 charge appear in your Microsoft order history https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders?

Does Microsoft 365 Family appear under https://account.microsoft.com/services?

Was the charge made directly by Microsoft, or through Apple, Google, Amazon, or another seller?

Is the charge still pending, or has it fully posted to the payment account?

Hi John, it was directly through Microsoft and the recent history actually only shows a charge of $64.98 so it seems to be double or something. We were finally refunded for the $64.98, or at least a prorated amount, but we were charged much more.
