    Hi Francesco Gallé

I understand that you need the correct DNS information to complete the migration of your email to a new server, and I’m sorry that we’re unable to provide the account-specific DNS records directly through this forum.

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators and contributors, including external Microsoft employees, do not have access to Microsoft’s back-end systems, your account, or your domain configuration. Therefore, we are unable to change your email server, modify the DNS settings, or provide account-specific DNS records. Our role is limited to offering general technical guidance based on the incidents, questions, and requests reported by users.

Since the required DNS records may depend on your email service and domain configuration, please contact Microsoft Support through Live Chat. A support representative can review the relevant details and advise you on the appropriate DNS records and next steps for completing the migration.

    Thank you for your understanding.
