Hi,

I am having trouble with my Hotmail account wanting to ''Authenticate'' - I have changed my password, updated two factor authentication and still having issues.

It is now effecting new contacts sending me emails! Send help!! Can't find a direct contact for Outlook Support, just takes me in circles with support articles.

Changing your password and two-step verification may not resolve emails being rejected. Sign in through Outlook.com and check your storage, forwarding, inbox rules, Junk folder and blocked senders. Ask one affected contact for the complete bounce-back message, as this should show why delivery failed. For account authentication help, use Microsoft Support, select Outlook and Cannot sign in, then request chat support: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus
