my azure portal account is not accessible from my personal account. Unable to create support ticket.

Hi,
I am trying to login to my personal azure account and it does not allow me to login as it asks for a 6 digit code from authentication app but my app creates 8 digit auth code. I have tried other options to login but does not work.
Since, i am unable to login to azure portal so cannot create a support ticket.
How to solve this problem and how to reach azure support?

2026-07-30T03:52:47.9466667+00:00 i have tried logging into 'Microsoft Entra admin center' and it too asks for 6 digit Authentication code which i don't have. My auth app generates 8 digit code.
