If you expect to travel abroad without your laptop or access to your existing MFA methods, add other authentication methods to your Microsoft account, such as the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone, a secondary phone number, a backup email address, or a FIDO2 security key.
If you will not have your primary phone, consider carrying a FIDO2 security key (such as a YubiKey) that supports Microsoft accounts. You can use it on compatible devices without needing SMS messages or authentication app notifications. Another option is to keep a spare phone with the Microsoft Authenticator app already configured.
If you have no laptop and need to access OneDrive from a public computer, go to https://onedrive.live.com or https://www.office.com and sign in using your Microsoft account. If prompted for MFA, use one of your registered backup authentication methods. Always use a private browsing window if possible, never save your password, and sign out completely when finished.
