i signed up for a trial and was billed for the full year for 99.00. I have not been able to download the program on my ipad and when i try to sign in it says i do not have a subscription.

Can you tell me a little more about the issue?
- Where did you purchase the subscription: Microsoft, the Apple App Store, or another seller?
- Can you confirm which Microsoft 365 subscription you have?
- Does the subscription appear when you check “Subscriptions” on your iPad or https://account.microsoft.com/services on your Microsoft account?
