Good day Brandon,

Thank you for sharing your concern.

This issue isn't related to Classic Outlook for Windows. It is caused by your organization's DLP policy, which is blocking Power Automate from using the Outlook.com connector.

  • If you're using a work or school mailbox, please try the Office 365 Outlook connector instead, as it may be allowed by your organization's policy.

  • If the same issue occurs after switching to the Office 365 Outlook connector, the connector may also be restricted by the current DLP configuration.

In that case, please contact your organization's IT administrator and ask them to review the DLP policy mentioned in the error message.

I hope this helps clarify the cause of the issue and the available next steps. If you have any questions or need further support, please don’t hesitate to reach out at any time.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
