Are you saying you subscribed to OneDrive service on your Android device via Google Play? If so, you find it here: https://myaccount.google.com/payments-and-subscriptions?pli=1
So, what's not working? You cannot find it there, or what happened?
I can't do it on Google - I have to go to Microsoft, which I have tried many times/sites, and cannot find any my credit card anywhere.

Did you purchase OneDrive on your Android device, via Google Play?
Or did you purchase OneDrive directly from Microsoft's website?

If you go to https://account.microsoft.com > Subscriptions, do you see the subscription there?
Then it means you didn't purchase/sign up via Microsoft. You must sign up via Google then. In that case, you might want to reach out to Google support.
