To understand where the emails may be, please confirm:
- What type of email account is this, such as Outlook.com, Hotmail, Gmail, or a work/school account?
- Where are you checking the emails: Outlook Web https://outlook.live.com/mail, New Outlook, Classic Outlook, or another device?
- About how old are the missing emails, and are they missing from all folders, including "Archive", "Deleted Items", and "Junk Email"?
Also, did you recently reinstall Outlook, remove the account, change computers, or renew Microsoft 365?
